ITINERARY:

DAY 1 (D)

KATHMANDU

Upon arrival. Meet and greet. Then, transfer to domestic airport to a catch a flight to Pokhara. Upon arrival at Pokhara, check the trekking gears extra. Free at the evening. (Flight cost USD102.00 subject to change as per airline).

DAY 2 (B / L / D)

POKHARA | DHAMPUS | POTANA (5 HOURS TREKKING)

Leave Pokhara and travel by road to Suikhet Phedi, 30 minutes away. From here, the trail ascends steeply through forest and later through paddy fields to the village of Dhampus. Then, we walk to Potana, where you will spend the night at the Tea House Lodge.

DAY 3 (B / L / D)

POTANA | LANDRUNG (5100 FEET AND 5-6 HOURS TREKKING)

Today, the trail goes along the ridge to Deurali. Descend through forest again until reach the village of Tolka and Beri Kharka. The trail then descends through scattered forest and villages to reach Landrung. Overnight at the Tea House Lodge.

DAY 4 (B / L / D)

LANDRUNG | GHANDRUNG (6400 FEET AND 3-4 HOURS TREKKING)

The trail goes steeply down towards the river for an hour then there is a steep ascent for about 2-3 hours through scattered villages with beautiful views of the Himalayas. Eventually, reach Ghandrung, one of the largest Gurung settlements in Western Nepal. You can have good views of Gangapura, Machhapuchhare (Fishtail), Mount Annapurna and other snow-capped mountains. If time permits, visit the Annapurna Mountain Conservation Area Project headquarters, the local museum and the village.

DAY 5 (B / L / D)

GHANDRUNG | NAYAPUL | DRIVE TO POKHARA (3-4 hours walking)

Today the trail descends to Seuli Bazaar for about 3 hours and then an easy walk for another hour to reach Naudanda go to Pokhara by drive approx one hour drive.

DAY 6 (B / L / D)

KATHMANDU | CHITWAN

After breakfast, drive to Chitwan. This offers one of the finest wildlife experiences in Asia.

DAY 7 (B / L / D)

CHITWAN | JUNGLE ACTIVITIES

Today you will be escorted by expert naturalist on various exciting activities including elephant back safari, Canoe ride, Jungle walk, Bird watching, Slide show, Tharu stick dance EXTRA

DAY 8 (B / L /D)

POKHARA | KATHMANDU

After breakfast drive to Kathmandu, after reach Katmandu check in hotel. Then free in the evening. In the evening you can do shopping or rest your own.

DAY 9 (B / L / D)

KATHMANDU

After breakfast drive to Swoyambhunath stupa. (UNESCO World heritage site in 1979)  Swoyambhunath area possesses not only the stupa but many temple, shrines, Tibetan monasteries, statues of different gods. Some of the Tibetan exiles in Nepal live nearby the Stupa. Our next destination will be Kirtipur. Kirtipur is located 5 km from the centre of Kathmandu. In Nepali dialect Kirtipur means "a glorious town". Looking down from its natural order it has been the scan of many historic battels and many important moments in Nepal's history. History says that the ancient city Kirtipur was founded by Shiva Deva between 1099 AD. Kirtipur town is harmonical convergence of Buddhist and Hindus. After exploring Kirtipur, we will visit  to Bungmati. This is an approximately 15 minute’s walk through on the road dividing the Khokana. Khokana is a small Newari Village located just 6 kilometers from Patan. Khokana is a small village in which traditional craftsmanship still takes an important role. Villagers can often be seen spinning, winnowing and crushing mustard seeds. Especially the latter is what Khokana is most famous for, it's mustard oil. The village has a broad street leading into its centre. On the left side the three storey Shree Rudrayani temple can be seen agricultural land. Bungmati, just like Khokana, is a Newari village where traditional life still can be seen. The village houses the typical Newari buildings and has an interesting main square where one can view the Ganesh Temple and the Machhindranath Temple. In the evening group will be taken for the Nepalese dinner with dance performance. After dinner drive back to hotel.

DAY 10 (B)

DEPARTURE

After breakfast drive to airport catch a flight home with lovely memories of Nepal.
