All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except otherwise stated. Rates are correct at time of printing and are subject to changes with or without prior notice

Tour Cancellation

GoTravel Holiday Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any tour departure in accordance to with operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control

Refund

Only applicable for certain cases beyond the control of the operator and tour price will subject to tour cancellation fee charge

We are highly recommends our customer / passenger to obtain personal travel insurance and baggage insurance prior to arrival.

No charge to an earlier tour departure BUT room, vehicle, restaurant and tour guide is subject to space and availability.

GoTravel Holiday and its servants or agents reserve the right to make such amendments, changes and alterations without notice to any of its advertised itineraries and scheduled routes if it is of the view that it is necessary to do so because of weather and road conditions or if for any reasons whatsoever it is of the opinion that it is in the interest of all parties concerned

Cancellation within fourteen (21) days from the date of travel will result in a twenty percent (20%) forfeiture of the total package cost, whether paid or not, and cancellation within seven (14) days from the date of travel will result in a fifty (50%) percent forfeiture or whatever higher depend on the amount already paid to provider, contractor or services' provider overseas as deposit or booking fees to secure clients seat, accommodation, place, request or any other services for that particular date. Please note that no refund will be made after the commencement of the tour, transfer and any other service.

FAMILY POLICY

In the case of tours and excursions, child rate apply at 85% - 60% from adults package rates for tour inclusive of accommodation, tour and meals (as per itinerary).

The child rate is based on the child sharing rooms with two (2) adults. An infant is defined as an individual up to 2 years of age. Rate for infant is as Free Of Charge unless service of flight as insurance of infant.

HOTEL

5.1 - Rooms are assigned by the hotels and resorts are based on ROH (run of house) unless otherwise indicated of booking made.

5.2 - Standard Check In Time: 1400 - 1500 hours

Standard Check Out Time: 1200 hours

5.3 - Early Check In: Subject to hotels and resorts room availability otherwise consider as one day use charge.

Late Check Out: Subject to hotels and resorts management approval upon request.

LUGGAGE

As a general rules, only one luggage and one hand-carry allow for each person guest/s. GOTRAVEL HOLIDAY SDN. BHD. reserve the right to collect additional cost directly from the client's for transportation services incurred for excess luggage.

6.1 - Cash terms.

6.3 - Company's Cheque (For Malaysia Corporate Account & Local Residence Only).

6.4 - Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Bank Draft - Banking fee charge to be borne by pax/s

Flight, Bus, Coach or Ferry Ticket:

 Non-refundable once ticket is issued. 

EXCLUDED IN THE TOUR PACKAGE

8.1 - Flight tickets, airport tax, land transfer for not stated in travel itinerary, porter fee, hotels and local Tour Guide - Unless Stated

8.2 - Food & Beverages not stated, entrance fee not stated, telephone and cable, travel insurance, excess baggage fees and items not stated in travel itinerary or package price - Unless Stated

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

GOTRAVEL HOLIDAY SDN. BHD. act as agents for transportation companies, hotels, car rentals and all other contractors/suppliers and finalizes all arrangements upon the expressed conditions that it shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, disaster or inadvertent errors in booking, delays generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, vessel or aircraft or through the acts of defaults, of any company or person engaged in conveying or accommodating passengers or in the carrying out of arrangements of the ground content, tours or otherwise in connection with its operations. To protect you and GOTRAVEL HOLIDAY SDN. BHD., we request all guest/s to be adequately insured against the above mentioned liabilities.

GOTRAVEL HOLIDAY SDN. BHD. will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the guest/s as a result of the foregoing causes over which it has no control, such as war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God or Government, broken machinery or equipment required as part of guest/s. Itinerary, or unavoidable events that caused the clients and itinerary unenforceable. Any charges levied by hotels, airlines or other suppliers must be borne by the pax/s.

GOTRAVEL HOLIDAY SDN. BHD. reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add any provisions in this general terms and conditions without prior notice.

Act of commitments such as but not limited to; deposit payment, full settlement and others, is an act of acceptance to the respective General Terms & Conditions as well as the price quoted and/or published via on-line & off-line medium be it in written and/or verbal.
