ITINERARY:

DAY 1 (D)

KATHMANDU

Upon arrival. Meet and Greet with our representatives. Then, transfer to your Hotel. After check in. Free at Leisure for the day. 

DAY 2 ( B / L / D)

KATHMANDU | NAGARKOT

After breakfast, drive to Bhaktapur (UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979). Bhaktapur is filled with monuments, most terra-cotta with carved wood column, palaces and temples with elaborate carvings, gilded roofs and open courtyards. The city is dotted with pagodas and religious shrines. The Art Gallery has a fascinating collection of ancient manuscripts, thangkas, centuries-old stone sculpture, antique paintings that belong to the Hindu and Buddhist traditions of various periods. After Bhaktapur, drive to Nagarkot which is at a height of 2300 meter above sea level. Its commands a classic panorama of the Himalayan ranges. You can see from here many major peaks of the Himalayas, like Langtang, Langtang-Lirung, Chobhabhamre, Amadablam, Dorie Lhakpa, Gaurishankar and many peaks of the Himalaya including Mount Everest on a clear day. From here, you can catch an excellent view of the sunset and sunrise.

DAY 3 (B / L / D)

NAGARKOT | KATHMANDU

Wake up early morning to catch the sunrise and beautiful view of the Himalayan panorama. You could wish to see the beautiful sights of the village of Nagarkot for a short time. On the way back to Kathmandu, you will visit Boudhanath stupa (UNESCO World Heritage site). This is a fantastic Buddhist stupa at a plave known as Buddha, about 7 km east of Kathmandu. The largest spherical stupa is held in great veneration both by Lamas of Nepal and Tibet. Drive back to Kathmandu. After Lunch, we will go to Kirtipur for sightseeing tour. Kirtipur is one of the oldest towns in Kathmandu valley. Kirtipur contains few Buddhist sites both old and new. Cilancho stupa is of historic importance. A Bihar has been made in Kirtipur, which contain the miniature sites representing Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, Boudhgaya where Buddha got enlightenment, Saranath where Buddha gave his first teaching and Kushnagar where Buddha died, then drive back to Hotel.

DAY 4 (B / L /D)

KATHMANDU

After breakfast, drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square (UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979), Kathmandu Durbar Square is the historic place that was also a politically important site until recently. The Kings of Nepal were crowned and their coronation ceremony was solemnized in this Durbar Square. The Durbar Square, with its old temples and palaces, epitomizes the religious and cultural life of people. The Temples, monuments and palaces are believed to have been built by the Malla Kings of the Medieval Nepal. Other famous landmarks around the area are the Temple of Living Goddess Kumari, the wooden Temple of Kasthamandap, Ashok Vinayak. There are also museums inside the Durbar Square Palace. Then, we visit Patan Durbar Square (UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979).  Located in the heart of Patan city, this was once the palace of the kings of Patan. The square is a display of Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts.You can have Lunch at Patan Durbar Square at local restaurant. Patan is the place to see the ancient art as well as beautiful sites of Durbar Square. Patan likes to recall its old name Lalitpur (known as city of beauty). Above all, remains a proud city of artisans. Patan produces nearly all Nepal's fine metal work. At last, visit to Swoyambhunath stupa (UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979). The Swoyambhunath area possesses not only the stupa but many temple, shrines, Tibetan Monasteries, statues of different Gods. Then, drive back to Hotel.

DAY 4 (B)

KATHMANDU

After breakfast, free at leisure until time for transfer to Airport for flight Home.
