Change/Cancellation policy
Only written notification of change of reservation or cancellation is valid. Requests over the phone are not accepted to avoid mis - communication.
FIT CANCELLATION POLICY
Whatever the reason may be, if cancellation notice is not received, the booking is considered ALIVE. Unless you receive a CANCELLED confirmation, the record has not been changed. Even if the hotel or other facility waives the penalty, GTH FIT policy for cancellations will apply, please refer to the following information. The following cancellation charges will apply using the date the cancellation notice is received by GOTRAVEL HOLIDAY during our business hours, but not when the cancellation notice is sent by you. Cancellations should be received by GOTRAVEL HOLIDAY during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:30 - 17:00 Malaysia Time.

- 20 - 8 days prior to travel date : 20% of total amount for tours
- 7 - 4 days prior to travel date : 40% of total amount for tours
- 3 days or less than 72 hours prior to travel date : 100% of total amount for tours
- No Show : 100% of total amount for tours
